Job Purpose:
We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for the The Head of IT Infrastructure is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the physical technology backbone of the digital broking vertical. This role focuses exclusively on hardware, networking, connectivity, and physical security infrastructure. The primary objective is to ensure 100% uptime, seamless internet speeds for high-frequency trading environments, and robust hardware lifecycle management across all branches and the corporate office. Note: This role does NOT involve software development, application management, or third-party software integrations.
Requirements:
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics; Certifications like CCNA/CCNP or ITIL are highly preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years in IT Infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within BFSI or Broking.
Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of Networking (Routing/Switching), Firewall hardware, and Leased Line management.

Responsibilities:
1. Connectivity & Network Excellence
- Design and manage high-speed, low-latency network architectures required for a digital broking environment.
- Ensure seamless internet connectivity with redundant failovers (Leased Lines, SD-WAN, etc.) across all branch locations.
- Monitor bandwidth utilization and optimize network performance to ensure zero-lag trading experiences.
- Manage relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Network hardware vendors.
2. Hardware & Physical Infrastructure
- End-to-end management of physical hardware: Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of Data Centers, Server Rooms, and UPS/Power backup systems.
- Manage the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle (AMC/Warranty) of all physical IT assets.
- Ensure physical security of IT assets, including CCTV, Biometrics, and Access Control systems.
3. Multi-Branch IT Management
- Standardize IT hardware and connectivity setups for rapid branch expansion.
- Manage a team of field engineers or vendors to provide on-site hardware support across PAN India locations
- Ensure consistent infrastructure quality and speed across remote branch offices
4. Compliance, Security & Reporting
- Ensure physical IT infrastructure complies with SEBI, Exchange, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain detailed logs of hardware assets, network uptime, and maintenance schedules.
- Implement physical cybersecurity measures (Firewall hardware, Port security, etc.).
- Generate weekly/monthly MIS on Network Uptime, Hardware Health, and Infrastructure Cost.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Network Uptime: 99.99% availability across all locations.
- Latency Standards: Maintaining sub-millisecond latency for critical trading segments.
- Asset Accuracy: 100% accuracy in Hardware Asset Register and AMC tracking.
- Resolution Time: Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for hardware/connectivity failures.
- Audit Compliance: Zero major observations in physical IT infrastructure audits.
Skills:
To maintain focus on infrastructure excellence, the following are explicitly excluded from this role:
- Software Development / Coding / Application Support.
- Third-party Software Integrations or API Management.
- CRM or Trading Platform Software Administration.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
