Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Factory Production and Sales Coordinator to oversee both production and sales activities. This dual role requires someone who can manage the factory’s day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality production, and also lead sales efforts to grow the business. The ideal candidate will balance production efficiency with customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Factory Management:
- Oversee daily operations on the factory floor.
- Plan production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Supervise workers, technicians, and supervisors.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain machinery and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and logistics.
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach targets.
- Identify and contact new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
- Work closely with the production team to fulfill customer orders on time.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows or client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and production planning.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or sales software is a plus.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
