Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive to help us identify potential clients, collect business/contact information from the internet, and communicate with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Search the internet and identify potential customers/business leads.
- Collect and maintain lead information such as company name, contact person, phone number, email, website, etc.
- Use Google, LinkedIn, business directories and other online sources for lead research.
- Send introductory emails to potential clients.
- Contact prospects through WhatsApp.
- Make outbound calls to introduce our services and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Update the status of every lead regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead collection, calls and follow-ups.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Internet, Google Search, Gmail, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good online research skills.
- Ability to identify and collect useful business information from the internet.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Basic sales and convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, lead generation, data research, B2B sales, telesales, customer support or business development will be preferred.
Daily Work
The candidate will mainly:
Search → Collect Leads → Email → WhatsApp → Call → Follow Up → Update Lead Status
