Job Description: Montessori Assistant TeacherPosition Overview
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Montessori Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging Montessori learning environment. No prior Montessori experience is required. Comprehensive Montessori training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and maintaining the Montessori classroom.
- Support children in their daily routines while encouraging independence and self-confidence.
- Observe and guide children respectfully according to Montessori principles.
- Prepare, organize, clean, and maintain Montessori learning materials.
- Help supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting classroom environment.
- Support children with grace, courtesy, and positive behavior guidance.
- Assist with classroom displays, learning materials, and activity preparation.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with colleagues and parents when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Follow all school policies, health, hygiene, and child safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
