Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Process Associate – Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing Documentation, Ensuring Correct Data has been submitted to meet UK regulations, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and facilitating the smooth process. ( Training will be provided )
Key Responsibilities
- Process documentation accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit details to the system.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Monitor status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Escalate operational issues or exceptions to the seniors as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience
- Freshers with relevant educational background and strong analytical skills may also apply.

- Good understanding on customer demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
