Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Car Insurance Tele Caller to connect with customers over calls and assist them with car insurance renewals, new policies, and policy-related information. The candidate should have good communication skills and a convincing personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding car insurance.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and renewal process.
- Generate leads and convert customers into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
