Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating property sales, leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and experience in real estate sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through direct sales, references, channel partners, and marketing activities.
- Sell residential bungalows, plots, and banquet hall packages.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review activities.
- Develop sales strategies to improve team productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Business Development
- Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop local marketing and promotional strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing, accounts, and legal departments for smooth transactions.
- Monitor booking collections and payment follow-ups.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Any Bachelor's Degree or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
- Minimum 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Real Estate sales preferred.
