Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to handle patient communication, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and enquiry handling in a hospital environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and provide prompt support to patients while maintaining professionalism and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Respond to patient enquiries regarding hospital services, doctor availability, appointments, and health packages.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, health check-ups, reports, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and patient details.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient communication.
- Provide information about hospital facilities, specialties, and ongoing programs.
- Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Support marketing and patient engagement activities through telecalling.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital front office preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Professional attitude and pleasant voice tone.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
