We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support for the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and job applicants, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, transfer calls, take messages, and maintain call records when required.
- Maintain visitor logs, courier records, dispatch registers, meeting room schedules, and other front office documentation.
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, invoices, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate visits, onboarding documentation, and basic HR administrative activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to departments including HR, Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Administration.
- Monitor office stationery inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and common office spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with data entry, email correspondence, documentation, and report preparation using MS Word and MS Excel.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
