Kido International Preschool & Creche is looking for a warm, caring, and responsible Infant & Toddler Caregiver (Support Staff) for our premium corporate office creche facility in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily care, safety, and well-being of infants and young toddlers.
(Candidates from Kochi and nearby areas are highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Child Care & Feeding: Assisting in feeding infants/toddlers, managing nap times, and ensuring their comfort throughout the day.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining strict hygiene standards, including diaper changing, potty training assistance, and keeping the play area clean and safe.
- Activity Support: Assisting the main teachers and Centre Head in conducting fun activities, sensory games, and storytelling for toddlers.
- Routine Management: Strictly following the daily routine and schedule set for each child as per the centre's international guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Plus Two (12th Pass) or above.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in Kochi / Ernakulam native area are preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working in preschools, daycares, or managing young children is preferred, but freshers with a genuine love for kids are welcome.
- Language: Basic communication skills in Malayalam; ability to understand basic English instructions is an added advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Extreme patience, a loving attitude toward children, alertness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
