About the Role
We are building a next-generation Voice AI platform that learns, adapts, and improves through every interaction. We are looking for experienced AI Engineers with expertise in Voice AI, RLHF, RAG, Agentic AI, Memory Systems, and Backend Engineering to build enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build production-grade Voice AI and Conversational AI systems.
- Develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent workflows.
- Implement RAG pipelines and long-term memory architectures.
- Optimize voice latency, interruption handling, and conversation quality.
- Integrate LLMs, voice models, databases, and external tools.
- Design scalable backend systems and AI evaluation frameworks.

- Experience with memory systems, contextual AI, and scalable production deployments.
- GitHub, LinkedIn, and AI project portfolio preferred.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
