Opportunity
As a Digital Campaign Executive, you will:
Work closely with marketing colleagues to deploy digital marketing campaigns, primarily through email marketing channels, to support campaign goals and business objectives.
Build, proofread, quality-check, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Ensure all campaign assets meet quality standards, best practices, and agreed timelines.
Collaborate with campaign owners to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Research and segment target audiences to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant lecturers and academic contacts.
Support the generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and contribute to the demand generation pipeline.
Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
Maintain accurate campaign records and provide execution support across multiple concurrent projects.

About You
Essential Criteria
1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or a related field.
Experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of publishing, education, or digital marketing industries.
Experience with marketing automation, email service providers (ESP), or CRM platforms.
Basic HTML skills.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools.
Understanding of email marketing best practices and campaign performance metrics.
