About the Role
We are looking for creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing professionals to join our growing Real Estate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our plotted development projects.
The role requires experience in lead generation, campaign management, content creation, social media marketing, and digital advertising to generate high-quality real estate enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Generate quality leads for plotted development projects.
- Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with Sales and Presales teams for lead conversion.
- Manage social media pages and online brand presence.
- Prepare marketing creatives in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and content optimization.

Eligibility Criteria:
Junior Digital Marketing Executive
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with Digital Marketing certification may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Creative mindset with analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Marketing preferred.
- Candidates residing in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
