Key responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to corporates, HR leaders, founders, L&D teams and key decision-makers to create new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, emails, calls, referrals, networking events and business forums.
- Conduct preliminary calls and meetings to understand client needs and position Conscious Future’s workshops, leadership programmes and organisational wellbeing solutions effectively.
- Support the end-to-end sales process including follow-ups, proposal discussions, client coordination and conversion of leads into partnerships.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns for corporate workshops, leadership development programmes and organisational health solutions.
- Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals and conversion opportunities in a structured and timely manner.
- Represent Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd. across relevant business platforms, networking forums, events and professional communities.
- Support day-to-day business operations, internal coordination, client communication and execution of ongoing organisational initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Acquisition, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Confident in engaging with CXOs, HR leaders, L&D teams, founders, and decision-makers
- Strong networking and corporate outreach capabilities with the ability to open doors and generate opportunities
- Lead key client and partner interactions representing Conscious Future, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue generation through strategic partnerships.
- Skilled at conducting introductory calls, preliminary meetings, sales presentations, and follow-ups
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Strategic, proactive, and target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, CRM management, and lead nurturing
- Ability to understand client challenges and position solutions effectively
- Dynamic, self-driven, and comfortable representing the organization in meetings, networking events, and business forums
- Prior experience in consulting, leadership development, corporate training, HR solutions, coaching, wellness, education, or other service-based industries will be an advantage

Remuneration: Highly Lucrative package, fixed plus variable along with performance-based incentives
