Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lab Sales professional who will be responsible for promoting and selling laboratory testing services across all locations of Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with laboratories and internal teams, and achieving sales targets for laboratory testing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and develop sales of laboratory testing services across all company locations.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities from industries, companies, and other potential clients requiring laboratory testing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote laboratory services related to environmental testing, hazardous waste testing, waste analysis, water testing, soil testing, and other applicable laboratory services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned laboratory team to provide suitable testing solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and service proposals to customers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, testing requirements, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams at different locations to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Visit customers and potential clients as required for business development and client meetings.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of laboratory business.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations, laboratory, accounts, and management teams for smooth customer service and order execution.
- Travel to different company locations and client sites as required.
Required Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in laboratory sales, environmental testing services, waste management, environmental consultancy, or a related industry.
- Experience in selling laboratory testing services will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in hazardous waste, environmental testing, water testing, soil testing, industrial testing, or waste management will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and preparation of sales reports.

Note: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing laboratory sales activities across all locations of Bharat Oil & Waste Management Ltd.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
