- Strategic Execution: Align regional and store-level objectives with corporate goals, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are met across all locations.
- Performance & P&L Management: Monitor critical metrics like sales per square foot, conversion rates, shrinkage, and operating costs.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Team Leadership: Mentor regional managers and store staff, driving training programs and performance management.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards for visual merchandising, service quality, and issue resolution.
