- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to ensure the quality of software applications
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans
- Identify report and track defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues
- Continuously enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Technology B
- Tech or a related field
- 5 9 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Python
- Proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in integrating test automation into CI CD pipelines
- Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
