We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Your Role:
Drive sales, lead conversions, and build strong relationships with prospective students. Guide them in choosing the right course and achieve enrollment targets.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
- Counsel students and convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents
You Should Have:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (Ed-Tech experience preferred)
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach
