Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for staff .
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
- Conduct performance appraisal and support talent management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Industrial Relations:
- Handle disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, and grievance redressal.
- Liaise with labour authorities, government departments, and external agencies.
- Support legal matters related to labour and employment issues.
Administration:
- Supervise security, canteen, transport, and other facility management services.
- Coordinate contractor compliance and vendor management related to HR and administration.
- Ensure workplace discipline and employee welfare.
- Performance Management.
MIS & Reporting:
- Monitor manpower planning, attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and productivity.
- Maintain HR documentation and personnel records.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Master of Social Work (MSW – HR).
Experience:5–7 years of experience.
Salary: upto 13 LPA
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
