As a Sales Development Representative at Cstream Solutions India, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the business team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and explain company solutions effectively
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM tools
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets
- Stay updated with market trends, technology, and AI-based solutions
Qualification:
- MBA graduates (2024, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology and AI industry
