Shift Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 1 Month – 6 Months (Freshers Welcome)
Preferred Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, Amritsar, Punjab
Qualification Preference: LLB / BA LLB
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with basic knowledge of the US staffing industry. US IT Recruiters/Technical Recruiters who are interested in transitioning into Proposal Writing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals for US staffing opportunities.
- Understand and work with US employment tax terms such as C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Create professional proposal documents and presentations using Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Review client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for proposal submissions.
- Maintain proposal templates and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of US staffing tax terms: C2C, W2, and 1099.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
