Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
