Role description
Key Responsibilities Source and identify IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical and functional requirements. Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and availability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates. Support offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring lifecycle. Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and tracker updates with stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR. Basic understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets. Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, or Indeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Technical Knowledge Exposure to hiring for one or more of the following technologies: Java, .NET, Python SAP, Salesforce Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) DevOps & Automation Data Analytics & AI Cybersecurity Testing & Quality Assurance Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good stakeholder and candidate management abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong networking and sourcing capabilities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of profiles sourced and submitted. Interview-to-selection ratio. Time-to-fill and time-to-hire metrics. Candidate conversion rate. Hiring manager satisfaction score. Recruitment tracker and ATS accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Internship or prior experience in IT recruitment. Knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics. Experience working with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
