About the Role
Studio 5 Design is looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a good understanding of interior construction, ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and design specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, flooring, and finishing works.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure high workmanship standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical execution solutions.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate site measurements and verify execution accuracy.
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQs and material specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
- Leadership skills to handle labour and contractor teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
