Summary
The HR Executive – Factory Operations will be responsible for managing workforce attendance, contract labour and agency manpower, recruitment of blue-collar employees, employee onboarding, statutory compliance coordination, and daily manpower planning to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
The role requires close coordination with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Security, and Labour Contractors to maintain optimum manpower availability and workforce discipline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Attendance Management
- Maintain daily attendance records for all permanent, contractual, and agency employees.
- Verify biometric attendance and manual attendance records.
- Track absenteeism, late coming, overtime, and shift attendance.
- Generate daily manpower reports for management review.
- Coordinate attendance reconciliation with labour contractors and agencies.
- Ensure accurate attendance records for payroll processing.
KPIs
- Attendance accuracy > 99%
- Daily attendance reports submitted on time
- Zero payroll discrepancies due to attendance errors
2. Contract Labour & Agency Manpower Management
- Coordinate with manpower agencies to fulfill daily manpower requirements.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability for production plans.
- Track agency-wise manpower deployment and productivity.
- Monitor labour contractor compliance and attendance.
- Maintain contractor employee records and documentation.
- Verify contractor invoices against actual attendance and deployment.
KPIs
- Manpower fulfillment rate > 95%
- Reduction in manpower shortages
- Accurate contractor billing verification
3. Recruitment & HiringBlue Collar Recruitment
- Recruit operators, helpers, packers, machine operators, warehouse workers, and housekeeping staff.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring tracker.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Manage joining formalities and induction programs.
Contract & Agency Hiring
- Coordinate manpower requirements with agencies.
- Ensure timely deployment of required manpower.
- Maintain backup manpower pool for urgent requirements.

4. Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining documentation.
- Collect KYC documents.

- Conduct employee induction and orientation.

Required QualificationsEducation
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
- Experience handling blue-collar workforce and contract labour.
- Experience in attendance and manpower management.
