Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and tech-savvy Online Business Manager to oversee our digital operations, manage our remote team, and drive project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Streamline business processes, manage day-to-day administration, and oversee client/vendor relations.
- Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of virtual projects—from launches and website upgrades to marketing campaigns—from inception to execution.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor remote team members, allocate tasks, set deadlines, and conduct performance reviews.
- Metrics & Analytics: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare actionable weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in digital operations, administration, or project management.
