Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented US Healthcare Sourcer to join our growing healthcare staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent opportunities across the United States.
The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Verify candidate qualifications, experience, and work authorization.
- Coordinate with recruiters to submit qualified candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
