Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide IT Operations across multiple business locations, branches, offices, and operational sites.
- Drive Cloud Transformation initiatives including Azure/AWS migrations, cloud governance, and infrastructure modernization programs.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, licensing, and security controls.
- Oversee SaaS Application Management, implementation, integration, performance optimization, and user adoption across business functions.
- Lead Vendor Management, Contract Negotiations, SLA Governance, and service delivery reviews to ensure operational excellence.
- Establish and enforce Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Drive Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, and Process Improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and govern MIS Dashboards, Business Intelligence Reporting, and technology performance metrics for leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with CIOs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to align IT strategy, technology investments, and operational objectives with business goals.
