Gold Coins Club & Resort, a premium hospitality destination in Electronic City, Bengaluru, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Store Assistant to support store operations through accurate data management, inventory tracking, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth coordination between store and departments.
Position Title: Data Entry Store AssistantLocation: Gold Coins Club & Resort, Electronic City, BengaluruAccommodation: Sharing accommodation provided in a semi-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director, within 100 meters from the resortMeals: Food provided on all working days at the resortPosition Objective
To maintain accurate inventory records, handle data entry tasks, and support store operations for efficient material management across the resort.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Documentation
- Enter all inward and outward stock details into MS Excel / system.
- Maintain daily stock records and update inventory sheets.
- Prepare reports (daily / weekly / monthly stock reports).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills, invoices, and records.
Inventory Support
- Assist in stock checking, verification, and audits.
- Update stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Ensure proper labeling and tracking of materials.
Store Operations
- Assist in issuing materials to different departments.
- Coordinate with vendors during deliveries.
- Support store manager in day-to-day activities.
Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounts.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and store.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Prior experience in data entry / store / inventory preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
