Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience to build scalable backend systems and APIs that power critical healthcare operations.
This role offers the opportunity to work on modern technologies, automation, AI-enabled products, and cloud-native systems while contributing to high-impact healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js and MongoDB.
- Build reliable and high-performance applications to support business growth.
- Work on new product initiatives and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Leadership teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
- Build and optimize backend systems for scale and performance.
- Contribute to automation workflows and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Take ownership of features from design to deployment.
- Continuously explore new technologies to improve engineering efficiency.
Required SkillsMust Have
✔ 3+ years of backend development experience
✔ Strong experience with Node.js and MongoDB
✔ Experience designing REST APIs and scalable architectures
✔ Strong understanding of databases and distributed systems
✔ Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
