Key Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements (e.g., Vendor Agreements, NDAs, SaaS SLAs, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Employment Contracts).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential legal liabilities and provide actionable, business-forward solutions to manage risks.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure business operations align with local and federal regulations.
- Ad-Hoc Advisory: Provide timely legal counsel to internal stakeholders on various corporate, commercial, or intellectual property matters as they arise.
- Dispute Resolution: [Optional] Assist with pre-litigation disputes, drafting demand letters, and managing external counsel if necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Bar Admission: Active license to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Bangalore.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a mix of top-tier law firm and in-house corporate experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in Education Industry
Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per month
