POSITION: TELECOM ELECTRICIAN(ADVANCED) TRAINER
LOCATION: EAST SINGHBHUM,JHARKHAND
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant NSQF/SSC Trainer Certification (preferred).
- ToT Certified candidates will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry or training experience in telecom, electrical installation, network maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience in Government Skill Development Projects (DDU-GKY/PMKVY/JSDM/NSDC) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, electrical systems, and installation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with telecom tools, testing instruments, and electrical equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and MIS reporting).
- Ability to manage classroom and practical sessions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality technical training.
- Ensure high trainee attendance and successful course completion.
- Achieve assessment and certification targets.
- Maintain training quality and documentation.
- Support trainee placement and post-training follow-up.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
