Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to wholesale inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, social media, and website channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations, pricing, and product details.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, customer support, or business development (preferably in apparel, textiles, or wholesale products).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the garment or T-shirt industry is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional language(s).
- Experience handling B2B or wholesale customers.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
