Basic experience of Designing & Implementation of Biogas & Hydrogen projects. Graduation from Government college/NIT’s/MSIL approved institutes
Work Experience:
1~3 years
A) Years of exp. Desired
- H2 Electrolyser, Gas Purification system, Gas Compressor & Storage System
- Experience on design, estimation, tendering, offer evaluation, execution, operation and maintenance of gas-based and or Utilities projects.
B) Nature of work exp.
- EPC projects related to oil & gas, Safety- HIRA evaluation, Hazop analysis, PESO license
C) Any industry preference
Oil & gas / Engineering / Power / Utilities / Automobile
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualization of project, preparation of specifications, Bill of Material, Drawings & schematic approval, cost estimation, Tender, technical evaluation, negotiation, design checking, monitoring, quality checks.
- Understanding of various government regulations, dealing with PESO & other Govt departments for various approvals related to utilities.
- Site activities including but not limited to Safety, Inspection of Incoming Site material etc. Drawing up schedules, allocation of time, resources and budget.
- Project Installation, Pre-commissioning checks, Commissioning & handing over procedures.
- Measurements & verification, SAP Billing & record keeping.
Competencies:
- MS office (Word, Excel, PPT), AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Safety evaluation, HIRA & Hazop study
- Electrical load distribution, Single Line Diagram (SLD)
- Basic knowledge on Mitsubishi PLC, SCADA integration
- Piping & structural design
