Core Accountability Areas
1. Daily Operations & Planning
- Monitor Sales WhatsApp group on a daily basis• Plan daily delivery routes based on orders received• Prepare and finalize dispatch lists as per route planning• Ensure all dispatch preparations are completed on time
2. Stock Availability & Control
- Ensure sufficient stock availability at all times for smooth operations• Perform regular stock checks to avoid shortages or delays in supply• Maintain stock readiness for immediate dispatch requirements
3. Warehouse Stock Allocation
- Manage and allocate stock across all 4 warehouses systematically• Ensure each product/item has a fixed and clearly marked storage location• Avoid misplacement or duplication of stock across locations
4. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials• Coordinate with delivery team for smooth execution of route plans
5. Customer Service Responsibility
- Provide proper delivery updates to customers• Handle and resolve any product-related issues promptly• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
6. Sales Team Support
- Provide full operational support to the sales team• Address customer queries, updates, and requirements (via WhatsApp or direct communication)• Ensure quick resolution of issues impacting sales
7. Store Maintenance & Stock Audit
- Maintain the store in an organized and efficient manner• Conduct routine stock checks on a weekly basis• Ensure proper stock verification and accuracy at all times
8. Reorder Coordination
- Identify low stock items and initiate reorder requirements• Follow up with concerned staff for timely replenishment
9. Register Maintenance
- Maintain 6 mandatory operational registers accurately• Ensure all records are updated, complete, and available for review
10. Warehouse Staff Management
- Oversee entire warehouse staff operations• Ensure proper coordination, discipline, and task execution• Address staff issues and ensure smooth workflow• Monitor and ensure daily attendance of all warehouse staff
11. Daily Reporting Responsibility (Mandatory)
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales & Dispatch Report including:o Total orders dispatched for the dayo List of pending orderso Details of orders pending due to stock shortage (item-wise)o Details of customized job pending orders• Ensure the report is accurate, complete, and shared on time every day
Reporting Responsibility
Monthly Report (Mandatory)
- Submit a detailed monthly report covering:o Stock status and movemento Dispatch performanceo Shortages and reorder actionso Operational challenges and resolutions• Report must be accurate and submitted on time
Performance & Accountability Clause
- This role carries full accountability for store operations, stock control, reporting, and warehouse management• Failure in stock accuracy, dispatch delays, or reporting lapses will be subject to management review and necessary action
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
