Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Biology Teacher to train students of Classes VI–X under our NEET/JEE Foundation Program. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex biological concepts through activity-based and concept-oriented teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Biology classes for students of Classes VI to X aligned with the NEET/JEE Foundation curriculum.
- Build strong conceptual understanding in Biology, laying the foundation for competitive examinations.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans using presentations, videos, activities, and experiments.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, worksheets, and mock tests to evaluate student performance.
- Analyze student progress and provide personalized academic support and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Encourage scientific thinking, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with school authorities, academic coordinators, and parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in teacher training programs, curriculum planning, and academic review meetings.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and adherence to academic schedules.
- Support students in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions whenever required.
Eligibility
- Master's Degree in Biology, Botany, Zoology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, or related discipline.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply).
- Experience in NEET/Foundation coaching will be an added advantage.

- Classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and digital teaching tools.
