We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our range of medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical devices and equipment to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Demonstrate product features and provide technical information to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors and ensure smooth supply and order fulfillment
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in medical sales / pharma sales / medical devices sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and hospital ecosystem

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
