Key Responsibilities
Training & Facilitation
- Conduct interactive sessions on verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Introduce concepts such as tone, clarity, articulation, body language, confidence, and audience awareness.
Event Preparation, Administrative & Collaborative Work
- Ideate, prepare, and execute a standalone Gyansthan Communication Skills event during the academic year (e.g., public speaking showcase, debate event, or presentation day).
- Submit session plans and progress reports.
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Participate in meetings and curriculum enhancement discussions.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
