About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into successful site visits and sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Prepare daily reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales within the real estate industry.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
