Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and machine learning techniques. The role involves handling the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, from data extraction and transformation to generating actionable business insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete analytics process, including data collection, data preparation, analysis, model development, and report generation.
- Develop and monitor key business KPIs and create dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Create compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Automate reporting processes and analytical workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop wireframes and dashboard designs based on business requirements.
- Conduct predictive analytics and implement machine learning models where applicable.
- Perform root cause analysis, causal analysis, A/B testing, and time-series forecasting.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Maintain and support PostgreSQL databases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Conduct secondary research and integrate external data sources to enhance analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business insights.

Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
