Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Fresher & Experienced)
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls, emails, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
