Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign reporting.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and lead acquisition cost.
- Create performance reports and share actionable insights with the marketing team and management.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign creatives and landing pages.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Work on lead generation and brand awareness campaigns for various business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel reporting.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads Certifications or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or B2B campaigns preferred.
