Job Description
Frontier Lifeline Hospital is looking for an experienced Insurance Executive specialized in Government Health Schemes, particularly CGHS, ECHS, CM Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme, and other Government Panel Admissions.
Candidates with only Private Insurance / TPA / Medical Billing BPO experience need not apply.
Minimum 3 years hands-on CGHS experience in a reputed hospital is mandatory.
Qualification Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Healthcare Management / Any Degree
- Diploma / Certification in Hospital Administration or Medical Insurance preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Hospital Insurance Department
- Minimum 3 years mandatory experience in handling CGHS / Government Scheme claims
- Experience in multi-specialty / tertiary care hospital preferred
- Good knowledge of hospital billing systems, claim portals, and package tariffs
Mandatory Knowledge Requirement
Candidate must have strong working knowledge of:
- CGHS empanelment rules
- CGHS package rates
- ECHS claim workflow
- Government scheme documentation
- Approval protocols
- Deficiency handling
- Claim settlement reconciliation
- Credit control and outstanding follow-up

Compensation
Salary: Best in line with industry standards + performance-linked incentives
Important Screening Condition
Applicants without proven CGHS / Government Scheme hospital exposure will not be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
