Role Overview
We're looking for an AI-first visual designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals at speed.
You'll use AI to create artwork, edit videos, design marketing assets, and experiment with new creative workflows.
If you're still spending 6 hours making one social media post, this role isn't for you.
If you can combine taste + AI + speed, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Create AI-generated artworks for social media, ads, website & campaigns
Design static posts, carousels and marketing creatives
Edit Reels, Shorts and founder content
Create thumbnails, banners and landing page assets
Use AI tools to speed up and elevate creative output
Work closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For
Strong design sense and visual storytelling
Hands-on with AI image generation tools
Good video editing skills
Fast execution without compromising taste
Up-to-date with internet culture, memes and social trends
Curious, experimental and AI-native
Tools
Midjourney ChatGPT Images Higsfield Nano Banana Flux Kling Runway Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects Canva CapCut (or equivalent tools)
