Position: Architect — US Outsourcing Team

About the Role
We're looking for an architect to join our team supporting US-based projects. This is a design-and-documentation role, not a pure modeling position — we need someone who understands architecture, not just software.
Responsibilities
- Support design development, detailing, and construction documentation for US projects
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.)
- Translate design intent into accurate, buildable documentation
- Communicate directly with US-based architects/clients on project requirements and revisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Architecture, 1–2 years professional experience
- Strong working knowledge of Revit/BIM workflows
- Demonstrated involvement in design decisions — not limited to model population or drafting execution
- Ability to explain design reasoning (massing, materiality, detailing) for past project work, not just describe deliverables produced
- Comfortable working with US project standards, codes, and documentation formats (or willing to learn quickly)
- Strong communication skills — this role involves direct coordination with overseas teams
What We're NOT Looking For
- Candidates whose experience is limited to pure LOD modeling/BIM population without design input
- Purely production-focused Revit technicians with no design development exposure
