About the Role
Pteron Aviation Academy is seeking a high caliber English and Soft Skills Trainer to join our faculty in Siliguri. We are looking for a powerhouse professional who specializes in transforming aspirants into world class Cabin Crew through rigorous training, mentorship, and industry standard grooming.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized English language training focused on neutral accents and aviation standard communication.
- Master Cabin Crew interview preparation, including Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) coaching.
- Conduct professional grooming, body language, and etiquette workshops.
- Maintain high energy classroom engagement to build student confidence and persona.
Requirements & Preferences
- Experience : 3+ years in an Airline as a lead Cabin Crew / Cabin Manager /Trainer or Aviation institute trainer
- Preferred Background: Ex-Airline Cabin Crew Managers, Lead Cabin Crew, or experienced Cabin Crew Trainers.
- Exceptions: If you have the flair, can command a classroom, and possess the specific skills to transform students into flyers you are welcome to apply!
- Communication: Impeccable command of the English language is mandatory.
- Persona: A polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance that leads by example.
Compensation
