The successful candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships while ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.

Job Responsibilities
- Contact existing and potential customers over the phone.
- Explain our products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Malayalam and hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced telecallers will be given preference.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
