Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain relationships.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
Required Skills
