We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative and office management activities.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records.
- Assist different departments with clerical and coordination tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area.
- Handle office supplies inventory and stationery requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Excel, etc.).
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English and regional language preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
