Job Summary
The Telecalling Recovery Executive is responsible for following up with customers for outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp. The role involves maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring timely collection of dues and accurate recovery records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to customers for pending payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payment due dates, and outstanding balances.
- Send payment reminders through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily recovery reports and update payment status in the ERP/Excel system.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery MIS reports.
- Escalate long-pending or disputed cases to the Accounts Manager.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer communication.
- Ensure recovery targets are achieved within the assigned timeline.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional approach.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, accounts receivable, payment recovery, or customer service.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Recovery collection against assigned targets.
- Number of customer follow-up calls completed daily.
- Reduction in overdue outstanding amounts.
- Accuracy of recovery records and MIS reports.
- Customer response and issue resolution turnaround time.
- Timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
